You might be surprised to find just how useful and practical of a tool that astrology can be in understanding and assessing yourself, your life (past, present, and future) and for a number of other purposes.
Alchemy can be shorthand for a dramatic change or metamorphosis. Astrology is one of many tools used by ancient and modern alchemists to gain deeper insight, more self-awareness, and achieving a sense of mastery of yourself and of your life.
Not “sun sign only astrology” like you may have seen in the newspaper or magazines (most professionals, including those who write these, will tell you that if you do read them, reading for your rising sign is going to be much more accurate and personal to you, but these “horoscopes” are by their very definition extremely limited) , but the real thing, when done correctly with precision and generally by someone with years of intensive training and practice - like me.
I’ve studied intensely for over half my life and can help guide and assist you with your own personal Great Work of clarifying and enhancing your life and self so that you too can shine like gold.
My personal method of astrological analysis is strongly inspired by the work of Carl Jung. He used astrology as a tool in his own practice and lectured and wrote about it often. I first learned about his work in depth in my own psychology classes, but I was so enthralled by it that I chose to continue exploring it even more on my own, and then even more with my mentor. I’d already been studying astrology seriously (hours of work and research daily) for several years at this point, but when I learned Jung had an affinity for it too and how he connected it to study of the human psyche so skillfully, this combined two of my favorite interests in a way that ignited a fierce passion in me to learn everything I could about both.
My work is also greatly informed by studying Liz Greene, Glenn Perry, Karen Hamaker-Zondag, Louise Huber, Bruno Huber, Steven Forrest, Howard Sasportas, and of course, my brilliant, beloved personal teacher and mentor, retired master astrologer Vivian Carol, formerly known as Vivian Weaver and Vivian Hickman. I strive to be worthy to follow in Vivian’s footsteps and am honored that some of her former clients have chosen to work with me.

About Me
As my own natal chart indicates, I’ve had a somewhat unique and interesting life so far. A former child prodigy with a 190 IQ who taught myself to read at two (and hasn’t put a book down without immediately reaching for another since), I completed my education early while working as a professional child actor for many years. I’ve also studied and worked in graphic and web design, and as a vintage clothing dealer, an intense interest of mine since middle school. I collect and wear it too. I’m passionate about music (I proudly share my birthday with Tchaikovsky and Brahms), mid century modern furniture, art, and architecture, and adore history in general, “Mad Men”, and cheese. I’m a natal Taurus Sun, Libra Moon, with Capricorn rising and a Grand Trine in fire signs, a textbook INFJ and Enneagram Type 4.

if you’re relatively new to astrology, the first thing you must do is make sure you have your precise accurate birth time and place. Don’t know? Don’t worry. First, check or get a copy of your birth certificate. It’s usually all on there, though not always. If there’s no one you can ask who might remember, there’s an advanced technique called rectification I can use to help you figure it out. Working backwards, using information about your personality, appearance, lifestyle, career, family of origin, timing of major life events that have already taken place, and more. It would help me to know as much about you (or the person the chart is being done for) as possible. I am very good at rectifying birth times - and I am certain you will know when it all falls into place. I’ll provide you with several of what I think are the most likely options and then you’ll tell me which feels more accurate and which does not. Then we will proceed to refine it from there until everything about the chart fits you and your life experiences.
If you have an accurate birth time, date, and location, you’re all ready for a classic natal chart reading and anything else you would like to do. Unlike the broad and vague sun sign only horoscopes you may have read, I take so much more than just that one facet into account. There are numerous complex layers and facets that must all be synthesized together to create an accurate “blueprint” of the sky when and where you were born, and how this is likely to affect you and your life.
I use both traditional and modern astrological techniques and rulerships to give you a thorough multifaceted analysis in our work together. Please let me know if there is an area or several areas of primary concern you’d like me to focus on. This helps me do the best possible job for you. It also helps to know your level of astrological knowledge/practice: generally beginner, intermediate, or advanced is fine. If this is new to you, I want to make sure I explain everything extra clearly and thoroughly (and for everyone, please don’t hesitate to ask lots of questions) and if you’re an advanced student or fellow professional, we can explore your chart together on an entirely different level.
I use tracking software to know exactly where all the planets, asteroids, fixed stars, etc. are now, today, and every day. Some celestial bodies move very quickly (for example, the moon changes signs approximately every two days) and others much slower (the planets further away from earth are the slowest - Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto take many years to move through one sign).
Whether familiar with your natal chart already or not, I also specialize in astrological synastry, relationship analysis. This is not solely for romantic partners, but can be done and is often done for a parent and child, business partners/colleagues, other family members and between close friends. It can be done for any two individuals as long as you have accurate birth information including the time and location.
One of my most rewarding synastry clients ever so far was for a parent and teenage child. The mother of a non-verbal autistic child longed to know if her intuitive feelings about their relationship were correct, and they were indeed validated in the charts. They have a beautiful and harmonious relationship, very deeply in sync with each other, and I was able to explain this and some of the reasons why. She became very emotional and I too shed happy tears. She thanked me for giving an explanation for certain things she’s always sensed and felt, but he wasn’t able to communicate to her. With your synastry chart reading, you will also receive the two individuals’ natal charts and a briefer interpretation of those as well as a composite chart; which takes the two and mathematically averages them out together, creating a chart of the actual relationship itself as well. In this package, there will be four charts total (two natal, one synastry, and one composite) and many hours of research will be spent on them.
